1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the 100jili platform. By registering an account or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. The binding version is in English; translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any conflict, the promotional terms prevail over the general terms.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

• You must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age required by the laws applicable to you, and you must be legally permitted to gamble online in your place of residence. By using the services you warrant compliance with applicable age and gambling laws.

• Self exclusion and formal account closure are available upon request, subject to the conditions described in the Self Exclusion section.

4. Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive or dishonest activity. This includes attempting to influence event outcomes, avoiding platform rules, or using software or devices to gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing, the use of another person’s credentials, or acting on behalf of a third party is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension or termination and voiding of bets and winnings.
• The operator may monitor activity for risk management and compliance. Suspicious or unlawful activity may be investigated and action taken, including but not limited to voiding bets or terminating accounts.

5. Verification and KYC

• You must provide information and documents to verify identity, age and the source of funds upon request. This may include certified identification, proof of address, and transaction histories for periods up to twelve months. Documents must be provided within the timeframe specified in the request. The operator may suspend payments or close the account until verification is complete.
• The KYC process is typically completed within 24 hours from submission, but timelines may vary. The operator may perform additional checks before and after deposits or withdrawals.
• The operator may perform background checks with credit and financial institutions to verify the information provided.

6. Deposits and Currencies

• Deposits are processed through the available payment methods. Funds are converted to the account currency at the prevailing rate, and any exchange spread is borne by the user.

• The operator may require additional identity verification before processing deposits.
• The platform does not extend credit for the use of its services.
• By depositing, you authorize debiting your balance for applicable charges and you agree not to initiate chargebacks that would defeat legitimate liabilities. You will indemnify the operator for costs arising from chargebacks or recalls.
• Third-party deposits are prohibited. If third-party deposits are detected, winnings may be forfeited and funds returned to the rightful owner of the account or payment method.

7. Withdrawals and Payouts
